At this stage I did have a problem as the form would not accept my phone number. I tried several formats so I eventually contacted customer support – see full details below. They suggested clearing cache and cookies which I did but I suspect the issue was with a chrome autofill form that I was using.

This delayed things a little bit. Overall the process was still fairly quick but it’s worth keeping that issue in mind when you sign up.

So, there are a number of options here including a live support operator and dedicated areas related to common issues such as payments. You’ll remember that I had an issue with my phone number on registration so I clicked on Live Chat and this window came up.

An operator was with me within 30 seconds and we eventually solved the issue. I think that the clear the cache suggestion was a fairly standard response and it wasn’t the solution that I needed but the service was certainly friendly and fast.

Conclusion

Having such an eye-catching deal as this, where up to £1,000 is at stake, is going to encourage a lot of new sign ups but the whole process needs to be fair and smooth if they are going to hang around for the long term.

Overall, this was a good experience: sign up was quick and the problem that I had was down to an autoform fill rather than the casino itself. The bonus was there straight away and my deposit was matched instantly so there were certainly no complaints.
